Deliveries
Goods delivery will be managed by F.lli Pasqualini means of transport or by carrier espresso at the discretion of Torrefazione F.lli Pasqualini S.r.l..
Anyway every product is carefully packaged and is insured in order to save the customer in the evenience of breaking or miscarriage during the transport.
In the evenience of breaking or unduly opening we raccomend you to refuse it. In these cases, redelivery charges will be entirely at Torrefazione F.lli Pasqualini charge. First delivery charges will be never refundable.

Customers protection
Products storage and transport ways are studied to guarantee their preservation in the time. Anyway, defects of the products have to be communicated within 10 days from the delivery date. It will be our care to replace the product at our own charge.

Right to recede
You have the right to recede, with no penalty, according to D.L. n. 185 of 1999 of the italian law.
You can return us goods communicating to Torrefazione F.lli Pasqualini S.r.l. your will of receding within 10 days from their receiving according to the instructions you find below in this page. So you can obtain the refund of your payment. You have only reforwarding charges at your expense.

Right to recede is applyable only to goods that are integral at the moment of return and not to those products that for their very nature cannot be returned or risk rapid change or deterioration.
